notes

I made this beer for my holiday gift for my friends. It was good but a little sweet in my opinion. Next time I want to add more hops and see what a difference it can make. The San Diego Super yeast was great as usual! It chewed through the wort SUPER quick and cleared out even faster.

Appearance: Amber color with red/brown hue. White/tan head.

Aroma: Malty, little hop aroma, slight citrus/lemon on the nose with some nice toffee notes.

Flavor: Malt forward with a nice hop bitterness to balance everything out.

Mouthfeel: Medium/Full body.
