1 Package Imperial Organic A44 Keveiking

1 Package Imperial Organice A15 Independence

Mash Guidelines:

Infusion: 152 F for 60 minutes

Sparge: 160 F until preboil.


Kveiking: Left in the garage temp fluctuated between 65-72 degrees over 10 days. Wort temp read 78.

Independence: Fermented at 66 F for 10 days.


Keg at 12.5 PSI


Appearance: Hazy-golden-yellow with fluffy white head.

Aroma: Huge citrus, tangerine and grapefruit, slight mango.

Flavor: Malty, crisp, a little carbonic bite to it. Orange and citrus notes throughout the sip.

Mouthfeel: Started as a medium body but as it sat in the keg it go lighter and lighter.


Appearance: Hazy-golden-yellow with fluffy white head.

Aroma: Crispness, malty not much hop aroma on the nose.

Flavor: Malty, crisp, tangerine and mango flavors present

Mouthfeel: Light bodied like a lager, very nice carbonation.
