notes

I loved this beer. I loved it so much I brewed it back to back, which was a HUGE mistake for my palette. After drinking 10 gallons of this hoppy ale I needed to take a break from IPA's. I don't think I've brewed one since!

Anyway, this was delicious and from my side by side comparison pretty close to the original. Maybe it's the water...

Appearance: Golden, straw colored, slight orange/copper hue

Aroma: Citrus, melon, slight onion

Flavor: Hoppy, ctirus, bitter

Mouthfeel: Medium mouthfeel, really nice.
